Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Wales. The king suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the location was pleasantly quiet. However, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly regarding management's response to an unfortunate incident with my car after using their valet service. It was frustrating to deal with inadequate customer service and a disappointing standard room experience as well. 😕
My stay at Hotel Wales had its ups and downs. Initially, I was disappointed with the standard room, as it was cramped and not well-maintained. However, after expressing my concerns, I was moved to a stunning suite that made my stay much more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my visit, making me feel welcomed. 🌟
I had a unique stay at Hotel Wales. The room I got was on the smaller side, but it was clean and had a nice, elegant vibe. Unfortunately, my shower didn't work properly, which was a bummer. Despite the hiccups, the location near Central Park and the friendly staff made up for some of the frustrations.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Wales had its ups and downs. The charm of the hotel and its prime location near Central Park really stood out, which made exploring the area a breeze. However, I had a pretty frustrating experience with the elevator situation that cut into what could have been a perfect trip.
Hotel Wales offers a lovely location in the Upper East Side, making it easy to access Central Park and local museums. I enjoyed the spacious king suite, although the temperature control was a challenge with loud radiators. Dining options nearby, like Sarabeth's, added to the charm. however, the service issues I encountered left a lot to be desired.
